A diverse roster of acoustic musicians, led by resident blues pianist Julian Fauth, perform various genres every Friday and Saturday night. The 24 seat room is directly on top of the original Senator and is adorned with period furnishings including a 1920’s Prohibition era bar from Cleveland and a classic Heintzman upright piano.

The return of live music to the Senator will be welcomed by our long-time patrons who knew and loved the Top O’ the Senator which flourished from 1991 until it closed in 2005. The success of our music program was to feature great artists in an intimate setting and we now have taken that one step further with the opening of the Winebar. Seating only 24 in an historic room which dates back to the 1860’s, we highly recommend that guests make dinner and show reservations to guarantee table seating and then watch as the room transforms into an old-fashioned, late-night speakeasy.
The resident artist at the Winebar is Juno award winning blues pianist Juian Fauth, performing on Fridays with a featured guest and on Saturday we showcase a wide range of artists who perform in every genre - see listings below. The natural acoustics and sight lines are brilliant in this perfect Parisian "boîte" and Top O' the Senator is now truly back on top of the Senator.
